Installing Firefox packages

Choose the instructions that match your device.

Firefox desktop

  1. Select Download XPI above.
  2. When Firefox asks, select Add to install the extension.
  3. Future versions install automatically.

Firefox Android

  1. Download the Android XPI above using Firefox on your phone.
  2. Open Firefox Settings → About Firefox, then tap the Firefox logo five times to enable developer options.
  3. Return to Settings, select Install add-on from file, and choose the downloaded XPI.

Previous versions

Use these only if you need a specific older package.
